Sunday Jegede was employed as the Enterprise Development & Finance Specialist and has risen

to the position of the Program Manager in the organization. Prior to joining EfDI, he has acquired fifteen years cognate experience in Development Banking. He was for five years a substantive manager at the Nigerian Agricultural Co-operative and Rural Development Bank (NACRDB) Limited, now the Bank Of Agriculture (BOA) where he managed sizeable risk assets for the bank. His
experience cut across investments and risks analysis in micro, small, medium and large scale agricultural and agro-allied enterprise financing.

At EfDI, his
roles have changed over the years from enterprise development and finance to
include; program development and management with practical field experience in community-based
development programs, focusing on promotion of sustainable livelihood. He has
been a team member delivering social performance services for corporate
entities particularly in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria entailing; community
relations, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, community and local
community content development. He has acquired skills and experience in
initiating, negotiating and managing partnerships for social development. He
was the manager in charge of development partnership projects for reputable
IOCs such as Chevron Nigeria Ltd., Exxon Mobil, Total Upstream Company of
Nigeria, Addax Petroleum etc – a role that he is still facilitating to date.

 

Jeje Michael Adebayo is currently Project Advisor with Enterprise for Development International (EfDI). He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Crop Production and a Post-graduate Diploma in Development Administration (with specialization in Community Development from Federal College of Agriculture, Akure and the Institute of Development Administration, University of Ibadan respectively.

As a Community Level Enterprise Advisor in EfDI, he has several years of hand-on experience in working with farmers/producer groups and grassroots communities in Southwestern, South Eastern and South Southern Nigeria to strengthen  their operations through capacity building and training.

In his current role as Project Advisor, Jeje Michael has supervised donors supported mutually beneficial social intervention projects coordinated by Enterprise for Development International (EfDI). They include European Union Micro Project Program (EU-MPP6) in Ondo State, West African Gas Pipeline Project WAPCO), Special Community Development Project in Ibno LGA, Akwa-Ibom state by Mobil Producing Nigeria.  He is equally being involved in the implementation of infrastructural projects of EfDI partners’ organizations social performance and sustainable livelihood programs.

 

 

 

Paul is the Business Manager. He holds certificate in data processing from Institute of Data Processing Management London (IDPM).

Obomo Rosebau Spiff-Igoni

Born in Port Harcourt and from Bayelsa.  A graduate of Geography and Environmental management.   An office manager and project advisor of Enterprise for Development International. Works on institutional Development and strengthening in communities. Prepare plans, implement, monitor and evaluate community project. Also have skills in safety and survival, emergency, conflict management, Community Development and Event management. Hobbies cooking, watching movies, meeting people and travelling.

 

 

 Tolulope is a multi-skilled professional with over 9 years substantial experience in the non-profit sector. She has been actively involved in the implementation of several CSR And community driven development programs and projects from planning, design, implementation, delivery, monitoring and evaluation in health, education, enterprise & livelihood development, women empowerment, water and sanitation. She has contributed to the successful implementation and delivery of several projects across the six geopolitical zones of the federation

 She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agric-Economics and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with specialization in operations management.

 

Tolulope possesses great people management skills. She is a highly proactive and resourceful individual who is committed to continuous improvement and quality enhancement. When she is not working, Tolulope enjoys listening to music, cooking and reading.

Esueni Spiff Kerebana holds a BSC Hons in Adult and Community Education and an M.ed in Adult and Non-formal Education with specialization in community development. She has expertise in facilitating Community- driven development, multi-stakeholder dialogue, trainings, strategic communication and management of community development programmes. She has over a decade of development management experience working in and around the Niger Delta. She is a community social worker with a passion for catalyzing change amongst vulnerable groups. She is also a volunteer Esueni loves cooking and reading. 

 

 Olukayode Soremekun has a rich portfolio of competences and exposure in partnership brokering, issues management, external relations, conflict management, sustainable development and social performance program development and management. He possesses solid grounding in stakeholder engagement, issues management, reputation management and community development including local community content development. He has extensive skills and experience in community relations and conflict management, management of corporate social responsibility, community development programs and in initiating, negotiating and managing partnerships for social development. These are supported by additional deepened skills in understanding stakeholder perceptions and in negotiating and maintaining good relationships with local community stakeholders and partners. 

Olukayode’s experience spans issues identification and management, communicating and reporting corporate stewardship. He has working knowledge of media relations. Olukayode has been involved in strategy development, policy formulation, implementation and management as well as corporate social reporting at the highest levels in the areas of external relations, community relations, sustainable community development and reputation management. For more than 10 years he was he was actively involved in all the re-organization exercises implemented by Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) with particular responsibility for external relations, community relations, conflict resolution and sustainable community development. Between 2006 and 2007 he successfully led the Shell negotiation team which engaged the communities in the western Niger Delta for the re-entry of Shell into operations areas where militants had crippled its operations. Olukayode has broad experience in Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA), a key component of sustainable development. He was a member of the SPDC’s “Improved ESHIA Process” project team, which developed the IFC-supported ESHIA process currently in use in the company. Olukayode has managed the social dimensions to impact assessment and provided management oversight to implementation of mitigation actions/ activities evolving from the social and health components of the ESHMP. In addition, he is quite conversant with the IFC Performance Standards on Social and Environmental Sustainability having utilised the standards in effective management of social performance on major projects in SPDC. Olukayode is achievement motivated and possesses excellent conceptual and presentation skills. He has had over 23 years experience in areas of issues management, external relations, stakeholder engagement and social and community development in the Niger Delta. 

He has deployed his skills internationally and in Nigeria. He was the first Issues Manager for SPDC from 1995 – 1997 and developed the process for scanning, analysis, coordinating, reporting and facilitating the management of issues by responsible parties. Internationally, he developed the communication program for the Bill Gates supported Africare HIV/AIDS initiative in southern African countries in 1999. A keynote achievement while working with IFESH was the design of the Western Niger Delta Development Program (2000), developed for Chevron in its operations in the western Niger Delta. As Associate Director in Enterprise for Development International (EfDI) since 2008, he has immediate responsibilities for program development and project implementation for corporate 2 EfDI Profile entities working in the Niger Delta and elsewhere in Nigeria. He has numerous specific experiences in bringing together corporate and community interests to assure long term mutually beneficial business environment. He managed the development of CSR Strategy for BG Nigeria and Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited (EEPNL). He has also managed the delivery of community development projects worth more than N500million e.g for Mobil in Ibeno Local government of Akwa Ibom State. As Co-Director in Hybridea Partnerships (Hybridea) since 2010, he has immediate responsibilities for exploring for, and managing development consultancies across a wide array of development sectors in Nigeria. He has numerous specific experiences in facilitating collaborative work among highly skilled consultants. Olukayode is an accredited partnership broker and trainer, one of the few in Nigeria, having received his accreditation from the Overseas Development Institute and the Prince of Wales Business Leaders Forum both of the UK. He also possesses a Post Graduate Certificate in Cross Sector Partnerships from the Cambridge University. He is a certified co-trainer of the Partnership Brokers Association in the UK and has conducted training for cohorts in Uganda, Ghana and Nigeria
